04 · good to knowLong Beach FAQ.

Quick answers before your first class.

Where do I enter the Long Beach studio?

Enter through the gate from the street — we're at the upper end of Loma Avenue, just off East 12th Street, behind Susan Hammond Skincare and next door to Buvons Wine Bar.

Where can I park?

There's street parking available right outside and nearby.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable clothing — not too baggy, so instructors can see your form and offer adjustments. No loose shorts, please. Grip socks are required for cleanliness and safety; we sell them in-studio if you need a pair. Bring water and a towel if you tend to sweat.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, no matter your fitness level.

Do you have other studios?

Yes — along with Long Beach, we have studios in West Adams, Mid City and Annapolis. Your pack works at all four.
